Maintenance is available 24/7.  You may submit your maintenance service request through the Rent Cafe portal or by calling our leasing office. 717-698-4126. We strive for a 24-hour turn around time to complete your request. If you need emergency service after hours, we have a technician on call.

Maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal. If you are a resident and do not have access to the portal, please contact the office at (717) 698-4126, and we will send you the email link to sign up and/or gain access.

Yes! We recommend our third party provider, Resident Shield, because we've already done the work to negotiate the best rates for you and your family!

We are happy to offer a Corporate Lease and pride ourselves in a smooth and effortless process.  We are flexible with the lease term depending on availabilty.  Please contact us for more information!

Applying for a home is easy with the online application where you can also pick your unit.  Please visit our site rentwynfield.com and click on applicant log in.  Here you will be able apply and to pick your apartment.

Wynfield is located in Dallastown School District. Dallastown Area School District operates five elementary schools (K-3), one intermediate school (4-6), one middle school (7-8), and one high school (9-12).

Our community is newly built and features brand new appliances including a refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, washer, and dryer. Laminate flooring is featured throughout the properties with carpet in the bedrooms. Additionally, your space has spacious closets, high ceilings, and beautiful granite countertops in the kitchen. Your safety is our top priority. All the property buildings are secure and only residents are able to gain access via a code or through the community app.

You may make an appointment online, call us, or just stop in during our office hours from 8:30 AM -5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We welcome the opportunity to tour you around our community and can't wait to answer any questions about your future home!
